NEOS Hospitality is entering an exciting chapter with the transformation of the historic Tiger Tiger Haymarket site into two standout concepts. Bonnie Rogues and Barbara’s Bier Haus.  

We are looking for a Senior Channel Marketing Manager to lead the local marketing across both venues. This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for overseeing marketing activity site wide, managing venue-based Channel Marketing Managers, and working closely with the Sales Manager to drive bookings, visibility and demand.

What You’ll be Doing  

Lead Local Marketing Across Both Sites  

You will have overall responsibility for marketing activity across both venues, ensuring that each brand is clearly positioned, consistently represented and activate effectively in-market. You’ll set direction, priorities, and standards while remaining close to delivery. 

Manage & Develop Channel Marketing Managers  

You will directly manage venue-based Channel Marketing Managers, supporting their development, setting clear objectives, and ensuring high-quality execution. You’ll provide guidance, structure and accountability, ensuring activity aligns with brand and commercial goals.  

Build Local Presence & Networks  

You will be a visible and active presence within the Haymarket area and wider London hospitality scene. From corporate contacts and local businesses to partners and community groups, you’ll build strong networks that drive awareness, bookings, and repeat visits.  

Lead London Street Teams  

You will oversee the planning, deployment and performance of London-based street teams and promotional staff. This includes understanding where, when and how street activity is effective in London, setting clear targets and ensuring teams operate professionally, compliantly and in line with brand standards. 

Run the Channels  

From social media to on the ground activations, you’ll oversee content planning and execution across both brands. You’ll ensure activity is on brand, well times and clearly differentiated, supporting both awareness and sales objectives. 

Work in Partnership with Sales  

You will work closely with the Sales Managers to align marketing activity and sales priorities. Together you will support prebooked, group and corporate sales, spotting opportunities early and helping convert interest into confirmed business.  

Content, Data & Systems  

You will have oversight of venue level marketing systems and platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and performance tracking. Alongside HQ, you will use data and insights to refine activity and improve results. 

Support Activity on Site  

You’ll be present for key activations and events, ensuring activity runs smoothly, content is captured, and the guest experience reflects each brand’s positioning. 

Who You Are  

  • You have experience in hospitality, nightlife, events and local marketing within London  
  • You have experience leading marketing teams  
  • You understand how London street teams and promotional activity work and have overseen their deployment.  
  • You are confident networking and building relationships that turn into results. 
  • You are commercially aware and understand how marketing supports sales performance. 
  • You have a strong eye for content and are comfortable with tools like Canva and social platforms. 
  • You are organised, confident, and comfortable taking ownership across multiple brands.
